This Demo starts with the sound of the an instrumental Intro titled "The Journey Begins" that leads to the first song called "The Other Side". This track refers to the duality of good and evil that surrounds us in many ways. Sometimes this makes me think there's more anger and suffering than hapiness in this world, thus making me realize that the REAL world is like hell. If all the good things in life are just illutions of hope, we must embrace it and get into the other side.
The second song is about how the world is full of good intentions, but that's not good enough. It doesn't count to try to do things right if you don't commit yourself to make a difference. Unfortunatelly most of the time we can't help us to do everything wrong or fall in the claws of evil doers that will use us for their own purpose.
When talking about the 3rd song of the demo titled "Rage", there ain't any filosofical way to put this so I'll just let it go: I was fucking pissed, that's what this song is about, getting fucked up by someone you thought was honest with you, someone you thought you can trust and that's on top of things it's incapable to face you and just run away like a pussy. *** and that of top of things.
Life is full of good and bad decisions, I think most of you will agree that the bad ones are more common. Sometimes in life I found myself trying to stop things to go apeshit 'cause of some wrong ass decision, and my choice was to lie about it, then I found myself lying again to cover my previous lie and then again, and again, and again...soon enough I was lying to all the people around me trying to make things work, but the result was that I felt trapped in my own lies. Incapable of telling the truth 'cause of the guilt and incapable of stop lying 'cause the lies just got ut of my hands. This song is about lying to everyone but yourself and the incontrolable downward spiral that leads doing so, that's what's about "Web of Lies".
We are all fans of Argentinian Heavy Metal, if you don't know bands like Hermetica, Malón, Horcas, Tren Loco, etc. trust me, you're missing a lot! Their unique way to mix Heavy Metal with Thrash Metal really get in your skin in no time. When the oportunity of recording a cover song striked us, we never hesitated a second, it got to be a HORCAS song, we choosed REACCION 'cause it really fits the way we think. You need to go through life: Do as you want, if someone i's against it, fuck him. No pain, no gain.
